I’m sure you’ve all been watching the market and listening to all of the bad news regarding foreclosures, etc.  Well, the good news is that we are still offering excellent products.  The lending market is in an ever changing mood.  There have been changes to the land loan programs as well as the convention home loans.  Please check my website for the most current rates and programs.
